I am using Windchill MPMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.0.0
在创建了工艺计划后，无法进行“插入新的”操作，报错为：
pdmsttest.snb.com 显示
注意: 操作不可用。
您对此对象无创建权限。请联系您的系统管理员。
但是管理员账号仍旧提示该报错。
