• Have there been any recent changes or updates to your Windchill PDMLink system, such as patches, upgrades, or configuration changes?

Do you have a lot of types or cascading attributes?

The error message is not related to Login operation.

Make sure the Methodserver is ready,  attache the full Methodserver log and the screenshot of the error message when failed to login to the system.
