I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS09

USER/GROUP permissions issue

Here are the errors that I faced
USER/Member can not join any group , but setting group join user/member success

    Are you saying that when you went to add a user to a group by editing the user but you can do the reverse by editing the group? I can assure you that both are possible and have been for some time, especially that old version. What you might be seeing is where you are editing the user, in the participants administrator. If you do it from the Site - Utilities, you can only see groups at the site level. If those are Org groups, you have to go to the Org - Utilities - Participant Administrator to see groups searchable at that level. Is that what you are seeing?
