217Plus Reliability Calculation - Environment

I am using Relex 2011 Team Edition M010 to perform reliability prediction with 217plus method. However, I am unable to change the relative humidity, vibration level and cycling rate in the Calculation Data tab. Any numbers typed in those fields are deleted once I click away from the textbox. Also, the 'Environment, PRISM/217Plus' line item will not allow me to select anything other than 'A - Airborne.' 

Also, I'm unable to update my copy despite the program saying that updates are available. 

Can anyone help me solve the issues? Is this a bug or operator error?
