[A31502] Unable to set XML content with repository metadata (-183)

Windchill 10.1: User receives the message above when trying to access an xml file from her workspace. The version in the workspace does not match the version in the folder. She has cleared her workspace. Has anyone seen this error before? How do I resolve this issue?
