Version: Windchill 12.1

Use Case: How can I add search criteria in the Insert Existing window? For example, I would like to search an item thanks to the Amendement and the revision. Please see the picture

Well, if this is for inserting a part, the revision (and possibly amendment) should not matter. Is Amendment and IBA? Is this insert for inserting to a BOM? Remember that when you add a part to a BOM or product structure, you are not adding a specific iteration or version, you are adding a part master. The revision that shows up is entirely based on your configuration spec or filters. If you see it as adding a part master, then all you need is the master level attributes.
