Add to workspace issue

one of my user has issue while Adding objects to workspace, the workspace object collector window keeps loading for ever. tried clearing browser cache and restarting the browser and trying in new workspaces.

No luck yet. Appreciate any leads on this issue.

Using WC11 M30 Creo 6.0

    Did you try clearing the cache of the workspaces?

    Yes Steve, we have tried clearing the cache and also tried in new workspace.
