Adding document on email as an attachment

I have a simple workflow of a document and I want to add primary content and attachments (2 PDF files) on email as an attachment not as a link.

Some people are not PLM users who I want to add as a recipients.

I couldn't find if the same topic discussed before. There is a attachment tab on notification robot but i couldnt fix.
