Advanced Search using related objects (report)

I started using my Query Builder report with Advanced search . I created a report using Part and Part Master tables to get Parent & Child report. Then used this report for Part type to get Part numbers using a particular child.

example : find all Assemblies using a ROD with # 1234. This works good .

Now i need to find out if there is a way to add more than one child part number

example : find all Assemblies using ROD with # 1234 and Sleeve with # 5678 .

Is this possible with a Query Builder Report and Advanced Search ?
