Agreement Workflow for review and set state

I would like to use our Promotion Request workflow to set the state of the agreement if approved to active.  We are currently using the OOTB life cycle states for agreements.  I have never had to do this before and do not know the correct way of doing it.  We are on Windchill 11 M030.

    Did you ever get this working?

     

    Seems sensible to be able to use promote instead of Set State>Released.

     

    I checked in the Agreement Life Cycle Template, but Promote is the enabled transition, rather than Set State, so this seems rather odd.
