Allow users to see other users's new in workspace (but uploaded) document

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how I can allow users to see documents that are new in other users workspaces (after it is uploaded of course)

The aim for the user is to see what references are already created in order to name their new parts.

I've found solution for you.

Administrator has to grant ACL rule Read for EPMDocument on the user Domain. If you need WTPart grant same rule to wtp.

I recommend to grant it on organization level.

Allow read ACL is enough

This is general function of Windchill.

Only administrators can see the other user private workspaces.

There for you can just add users to admin group

Thank you for your answer @HelesicPetr .

Of course I can't and won't make all the users admin. Some of them just told me it was possible before (I forgot to tell we run 12.0.2.1, and migrated from 10.2).

Just to eliminate all doubt : I don't want the user to see other user's workspaces, I just wish a user is able to see, with a search in commonspace, the uploaded new CAD from other users.

Only purpose for them is knowing a reference is already reserved or not.
