An Error was seen while trying to authenticate windchill DS.

I have seen an error popped up when i was trying to authenticate the windchill DS with base DN credentials to get the DS backup for ongoing to upgrade which requires the backup of LDAP and windchill DS.

the error message :

An error occurred connecting to the server. Details: javax.naming.CommunicationException: simple bind failed: 0.0.0.0:4444 [Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative names present]
