annotation baseline

hello,

is there anyone who used to create an annotation set in product structure explorer?

after i used it, it created an annotation baseline automatically, even i deleted the annotation set, the annotation baseline still existed somewhere in the system, which results that i can not delete all objects inside this annotation set.

can any one help me out?
