FYI From PTC:

Case Subject: Want to find out if Windchill report time is Total Days or Business Days?

Hi Terry,

Thanks for submitting your question to PTC.  Windchill report time is Total Days and We can not omit weekends and holidays

I've always assumed it was working days as defined by the system calendar. But, I've never tested it or seen it documented anywhere
