apache server won't start

After doing a rehost the Apache server won't start. The issue is with a couple of .dll files that apache says it cannot find. These .dll's are installed with Visual C++ and dot.net, both of which are installed (same version as server cloned from)

Any answers?

Which dll is it complaining about it - MSVCR110.dll? If yes, do you have the 32 bit version of Microsoft Visual C++
