Are there any compatibility issue with windchill quality solutions and erver 2008?

Upgrade to Windows Server 2008.  Now , Windchill Quality Solutions (Relex 2011) will not start or is very slow.  Server rebut is usually required..  Is there a computability problem between Relex 2011 server 2008?

Here is a link to the Relex 2011 install guide, which shows Windows Server 2008 is a supported Operating System.
