Assigned Plant Configuration Specification and Plant Filter

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone who is using Plant Data and the view hierarchy which includes Design, Manufacturing, and <Plant> views understands how the new plant based filtering capabilities work?  In the structure filter, users are now able to use the Assigned Plant configuration specification and the Plant Filter.  I have poured over the WHC topic but I'm still not confident in how each one works and the use cases that are solved.  Does anyone have some insight?
