Associating EMailQueue info to an object.

We are having a slight problem with our emails from PDMLink.  It seems our users don't get them every once in a while.

The information in the EMailQueue can be generic.  I noticed there is some sort of ID(?) number in the entries.  Is that something that can be associated through a report to an actual workflow or is it some random number?
