Automated Regression Testing

Hello,

I'm new to both Windchill and software testing.  My team is looking to automate our regression testing for our Windchill point releases.  I'm currently researching tools to use, and I'm leaning towards Selenium, but I wanted to reach out to the Windchill community before making a final decision.  If you've automated regression testing, what tools did you use?  What were their pros and cons?

    It depends on types of customization which you want to test...

      Hello,

       

      Selenium would be the recommended tool especially if your environment is Customised. Though I have no experience working with Selenium, three of the projects I had worked over the past decade has had all their Automation done using Selenium for Windchill test cases.
