Automatic backup of local Intralink10 working directory during Creo2.0 launch, how happened?

Automatic backup of local Intralink10 working directory during Creo2.0 launch, how happened? We have a user with a big local Intralink working directory (cache) and in some case this automatic backup can fill the disk. (After creo2.0 is started only one directory is present, backup disappear).
