Good afternoon. Tell me please, did anyone try to make backup copies of Windchill by third-party tools? For example, Symantec backup-exec?

No. I use Windchill wtbackup to backup the Windchill configuration files, apache logs and Oracle database once a day. I also use a robocopy job to mirror the master vault to another machine once a day. It takes about 20 minutes for wtbackup to run (~40 GB database) and another 30-45 minutes to mirror our vaults (~4-5 TB).
