The below chart is what we use as a reference. However the bandwidth requirement is entirely dependent on pattern of usage among the users, other heavy applications which are sharing the same circuit, kind of data you are dealing with and so on.

You need to consider Network Latency, Congestion (% network utilization)  and Packet Loss. It is very hard to size the network without understanding environment and pattern.
