Blank Creo 8.0.5.0 Chromium Browser

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.3 Creo 8.0.5.0 chromium browser is blank and the tabs show up as small windows in the corner that can be set to fullscreen but are otherwise unusable. Already tried (all failed): - DPI compatibility override on parametric.exe (Application/System/System Enhanced) - Changing display scaling (including to Windows-recommended value) - Clearing local cache (.wf and Creo\Platform folders) - Deleting creo_parametric_customization.ui - CEF/Chrome environment variable flags

Config.pro option web_browser_in_separate_window specifies whether Creo web browser should be launched as a separate window.
- When set to Yes the browser will be displayed as a separate window.
- The default, No, will result in the browser being embedded in the Creo application window.
After this configuration option is set, embedded browser will open in separate window titled as Creo Parametric Browser along with Folder Browser tree
- It will have minimize, maximize & close button similar to regular Creo Parametric window
