We created a role for Project management on Windchill. This role has an access for creating and modifying tasks. But we want that this role can edit only own task. Besides this, we want to add users to this role.
Do you have any suggestion?

I would suggest to find all ACL Rules that are defined for the Tasks and reorganize the ACLRules the way what you need.
You can define ACL Just for a creator.
One customer needs to allow modification just for users in specific roles in the workflow, others can not modify the document,
This can be achieve just by ACL Definition in the advanced lifecycle template but this is another story .D
