Can we all know through an SQL Query or a procedure the list of all blocking sessions in PLM which is blocking other processes to wait or run lately?
In case if this cannot be done through DB can we do it through any other means.

It's an oft-used article, to help identify blocking sessions, or why DB transactions seem to be hung or stuck.
