Bulk export solidworks data from windchill

Hi,

I would really appreciate it if anyone can suggest a way or utility for bulk exporting Solidworks data from Windchill.

Hello Sudarshan

Did u tried to export under the  Tools>Export from workspace option from the workspace ?

Thanks Gagan for your response. However, our client has thousands of Solidworks files which they want to export as they are moving to a new PDM application ( consolidating all data in a single PDM application due to  acquisition). Hence  looking for an utility or api to export all the data in one shot to a local folder.

For a mass extraction you could use the Windchill Bulk Migrator

Michael,

Thanks for  your response. I  am told that Bulk Migrator works only on NX and Catia data. Here our client is trying to exxtract Solidworks data. I am not sure if Bulk Migrator will work in this case. Please  correct me if I am wrong.
