Bulk Promotion Request Termination

Hello Everyone,
I’m currently facing a challenge in Windchill where I need to terminate a bulk promotion request that has been assigned to a single user. However, I couldn’t find any existing functionality within Windchill that allows termination of such requests.
Has anyone come across a similar situation or found a workaround for this?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to use the Workflow Process Administration tool available at the Site, Org and Context level utilities menu.  Open the administration tool, search for the workflow template, which probably is the 'Promotion Request Approval Process', set or clear a few other variables and then search for all running processes.  From there you should be able to terminate an individual or several processes.

What do you mean by "termination".

If you mean terminate the workflow processes that's one thing, if you mean delete the Promotion Requests that's something altogether different.

 

So, which is it?  Maybe you want to delete the Promotion Requests and their workflows?
