Business Administrator Change system?

Hey All,

I was just asking a general question about this functionality. I came across it when doing some research on re-host process. Does anyone currently use this? If so, does it work as advertised? I also know that the functionality for it has been enhanced in WC 11.0 F000....I would appreciate any and all feedback.
