Business Rule for BOM Management - Import failed

Hello,

I tried to bring a rule set to our Windchill (11.0 M030-CPS02) for the BOM check. I took the files from the example out of the help and I read the attached file for business rules. The import was successful, but I don't see the new rule. What's wrong?
