This is impacting the production / RICHEMONT wants to know if behind the scene of this error there is a bigger issue. Please check the case and let us know

 

The issue appears randomly and the action prompting it is unknown.

The error:

tried to enable this logger com.ptc.core.components.beans.DataUtilityBean ?

The issue is on production and enabling that logger can have an impact on the server, because we don't know what's triggering it .

it should be enabled at least 1 hour to maybe capture the detailed stacktrace.
