CAD part not posibile to check in, why?

Am uploaded some pro e cad part file , at time of check in the following error showing ,So please help me

The object with the following key was deleted or inaccessible: "wt.epm.EPMDocument:1300748"

Does the user has access to the Context (Product or Library) you are trying to check-in?
