Calculated Attributes - Anyone run into Issues While Using Them

I am looking at using calculated attributes on Parts. In the past, I remember an issue where they would not send properly downstream to SAP. Has anyone else every had any issues while using Calculated Attributes? I want to make sure there isn't something I am forgetting from past implementations.

I'm from the  ESI TS , there should be no issues with claculated attributes sending to ERP
