Calender Management is not finding all users

Version 11, M020

We are not able to find all our users who are in Windchill.

It returns results for some people using full name, users or email. For others it only find results for email.

For some, we get no results.

In all cases, the users are in the same Directory Server and the same Domain Server.

Help please.
