Can effectivity be exported while exporting the part in windchill

If the UI does not allow you to do so, you can not export all effectivities from that UI.

you can just set export filter with effectivity

the functions export/export to spreadsheet contains a filter where you can set the effectivity,

so you can just export exactly one effectivity in one try...

It should be possible since there is a table display of this data:

This is from the Resulting Objects table of the CN but its a popup window and its not configured to export to a spreadsheet. It should be possible to construct a report that can output this same information.
