Can't Log In to Windchill (User is not a member of any valid base license groups error)

After restarting my Windchill, I could’nt log in to Windchill as a user (not as wcadmin). Before that, i can normally use my windchill. The message error looks like this:

Do you know how to fix this?

 

I have already tried this way, but still couldn’t work

What licenses are assigned to the user? Are they still valid / non-expired?

    It is really good point ​@joe_morton with the expiration licenses. 

    I would doble check if the user is really assigned to correct license groups and check if the license is not expired.
