Can we apply autonaming rule to different field (ex.description) attribute instead of name field

I am using Windchill PartsLink Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.1.10

my naming is not visible fully and my name field contains the length only 60 character and my autonaming length is around 94 character so that's why it is not showing full naming and we can't change length of the name field. so my question is we can apply the autonaming rule to the different field like description or any other attribute instead of name field?
