In the change request process we have nodes for various groups that need to approve the change request before it can go to CCB for approval. The task notices show up in their task list in Windchill, but not an email notification. What needs to be set so each group gets email notifications?

Checking the "Send Notification" in the workflow task definition will send them an email:
