Change Task issue

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS09

Having issues with completing or saving a change task. No errors in Windchill logs but errors in Apache logs.
please see attached. When users are completing of saving a change task windchill white screens and clock spins with no errors.

I have seen in the past that if users hang out too long  when creating a change task, it can timeout.  See if this is happening by creating and saving a change task quickly when creating a CN.  Then try creating another one but leave the page up for a few minutes.

Is there a way to change the time on this from the preferences utility?
