Changing version scheme in windchill

Version: Windchill 12.1

Use Case: Already, we are using default version scheme of Windchill as 1.1.

Description:

We need to change the version scheme to 01.01.

So is this possible for Windchill? If it is possible, does anyone have a manual or solution to change the version  scheme as we need?

Thanks for help.

Is this Déjà vu? Someone else just posted about this very same thing? Yes, the object initialization rules are how you change the version scheme but the scheme you described with left pad zeros might end up being a file based version series that you have to manually define in a list.
