Chat Bot in Windchill PLM

We’re considering integrating an automated chat bot to help with user adoption.   Does anyone have advice on integrating the bot chat window into the windchill UI such that a refresh on the browser UI doesn’t wipe out the chat session?

Couldn't resist. Yes, applaud effort.

Perhaps you could host the bot in MS Teams, for example or whatever instant messaging you use, rather than Windchill, there’s many other apps already geared towards chat and messaging which can be configured for automated conversational interface but placing them permanently in the Windchill UI doesn’t seem like it adds anything. Why would you want to do that?

We're implementing https://www.pendo.io/ to help create new user guides and find roadblocks (ECR creation, refine ECN templates. The idea is that user doesn't need to leave application, trains by doing and we get metrics on features used. Anyone else doing similar?
