Anyone using generative pre-trained transformer as a Windchill user training / help site?

What's your feedback from users, like it, don't like etc.

We're not, but I'm curious. Is this something your company is investigating? Are there solutions available, or are you considering building it yourself?

 

The closest we have is our internal company wiki which is in Atlassian's Confluence tool. Atlassian added an AI agent called "Rovo" awhile back. It's good at answering Windchill questions for things we've written internal articles about.

Well, not my Company or would not be posting silly questions as I would be retired and watching birds or something.

Ya, the place I work is using it. I am not a fan as it seems to never understand my question and just points me to some Work Instruction or Procedure.
