Checkout EPMDocument using externe IE opens by default workspace

Hello,

In Windchill 11, the standard action "checkout" an EPMDocument using I.E or FireFox, opens by default workspace and not the working copy.

 

Could you please know which change needed to open automaticly the working copy after the EPMDocument  checkout  ?

I'm confused what you are trying to do...

 

First, are you trying to open CAD Documents or Arbortext Documents or something else? There are different types of EPM documents...

Next, depending upon the above, I would suggest you use the Workgroup Manager and not the web browser to open EPM documents, they can have complex relationships that the WGM can handle that the browser doesn't.
