Choosing a type of SSL certificate? "MOD_SSL" or "ben-ssl not stronghold"

I am helping set up a new Windchill server and we are going to use HTTPS connections and need SSL certificates. We created the CSR files needed using Apache and when I went to my certificate provider, I am presented with the following choices:

Classic is modssl. The other is newer I believe. What tools to create CSR
is key.

David the command we used to create the CSR was similar to this:

MOD_SSL is the correct choice.

Use mod ssl ...the Ben ssl has or is named after Ben Laurie. It pseudo for
Apache-SSL where as mod ssl is more generic. Had to look that one up!!
