CMS Diagnostics error rss.cgi?chankey=pubmednews is missing

We are working in Windchill 10.1 and Arbortext Editor 6.1. When trying to check in an object the user receives the above CMS diagnostic error. We noticed that the object has a [+] beside its name in the AE browser window. I believe this means the object is saved to the user's local cache. Is there a way to identify the object and retrieve the most recent version to check it into Windchill?
