CN830345 can not change the container

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.17

The CN830345 has been moved to a different container and is currently located in the correct one, but when one enters the CN the address of the container in which it was originally created is still displayed.

Here are the errors that I faced
Change Notice cannot change container.

    If the change notice is tied to a Team, workflow or lifecycle that only exists in that container, you likely cannot move it. Kind of makes sense. Do any of these conditions apply in your case?
