Hi,

I think I have encountered this.

When you have the same attribute (internal name) in two different nodes of the classification tree, then if you do a multiple classification of the part with these 2 nodes assigned, then the attribute that is same is shown as only one time and system treats it as duplicate. 

This is how PartsLink behave and it is "Working to Spec".

Perhaps my friend Fadel can check from PTC support side.
