The customer wants to configure publishing based on a specific Lifecycle State. Currently, publishing is occurring for all Lifecycle States, but the customer requires publishing only when the object reaches the “Released” state.

The requirement is applicable to both:

EPM CAD Documents (Creo, Inventor, SolidWorks)
WT Documents (Office documents)

Could you please confirm whether it is possible to configure Windchill to publish only objects in the “Released” Lifecycle State and prevent publishing for other states?

The customer is using Windchill 12.1.2.7

If this configuration is supported, could you please share the relevant PTC Article / Please provide the steps
