Configure send to distribution action to allow publishing of the BoM structure associated with given plants and restrict for others.

Selected Plants use MBOM management in Windchill while the rest are limited to Part Management. Send to Distribution action is by default configured now to send only Part information to interface. We need to enable to send the structure information for the selected plants as distribution targets (Plant codes to be provided by customer).

Please help me how to do it, is it configaration, or customization?
