Conflict window stays in the background

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS24

The WGM conflict window stays in the background and the user does not understand what to do. When he kills the process, then he finds out that the window was there. As a workaround, use Win+tab to check all the windows open.

Related but not an exact fix, this does not stop it from popping in background but could make it not pop up at all.

I would site this if you care to open a ticket but given the version you are on, they may not fix it. Planning on upgrading?

Hi,

thanks for the comment. I can confirm that ticket is not allowed anymore due to the version we are on. We are planning to upgrade to Windchill 12 in a few months.
