I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.5

I am trying to perform a Container move operation for documents in Windchill as a part of a cleaning exercise, but it is very slow. each document is taking more than 5 minutes to move.

To confirm what @Fadel has linked, are you seeing jobs queue up in those queues? Even if disabled and stopped, the jobs can be created which will take resources and DB transactions. It appear you are stuck in a loop.
